Quip - Docs, Chat, Sheets App Reviews

Quip is just great, and Ive used it for a good number of both personal and collaborative projects now. Great replacement for Google Drive, and no ads. The chat features are really good too. I like being able to keep conversations about a document right with that document, so I dont have to go hunting around in email or who knows where else. Quip is beautiful, focused, easy, and super useful. Get it.

In no order. The following are my all time favorite apps Quip WAZE Puffin Box Moment Case Keeper What makes Quip so special is the seamless ability to make boxed check off lists, highlight entries, add photos to lists etc. There is no end. Also its a pleasure when you email the company and they get back to you in a VERY reasonable amount of time. 5/21/2016: what a pleasure to finally see a support group that is so professional and immediately responds to the consumer. Every update adds something essential. Still in my top three of my MANY APPS.

Love the keyboard tweaks for formatting, the shared capabilities, search. This thing is awesome. The desktop version is fantastic as well

I use Quip in two strange ways: (1) collaborating w/ a friend on a book and (2) organizing submissions for people in my writing club. Quip is essential in both cases.

The keyboard lack auto-correct/ spell check, making it very hard to type using the app.

I was searching for a while to find a solution for sharing documents with team members online. Quip was exactly what we were looking for. The desktop software, app and online integration is fantastic and great for mobile. Thank you to the staff at Quip for an outstanding product. You have a fan for life!

We moved to quip from slack. Its great.

Looks nice, but... Useless. I mean, there is no new or really useful to install this app. We have Notes for the notes, Reminders for the task lists, skype, iMessage, twitter, facebook for chatting. In brief, just develop something new, something useful

Best document editor out there

Great for lists, to do, notes, reminders. Easy to use. Collaboration and sharing is made easy. Great app overall.

This app is just right in all aspects. I use it every day and share with all my business partners around the world. This is our primary tools to review our projects.

Love this app. You can share and collaborate easilly with others. The spreadsheet feature with ablity to have formulas is great. Why have to use several apps? Thos is a well thought concept

I help small entrepreneurs going to online/cloud computing and collaborative work. Its so easy to learn Quip that is always my first approach. It needs to make the chat - when we arent in the app - better. Sometimes my Iphone doesnt notify me some msg.
